Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Custom jobs may incur material/restocking charges.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

For manufacturing defects or transit damage attributable to our packaging, we will repair/replace as per investigation.
